Our processing times are 3-7 business days.
Orders are processed through Monday - Friday. All orders placed after 3:00 pm EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. If further security checks on your order are required, processing can take several days or until you provide the requested information.
A tracking number will be issued to you after your order has been processed via email.
Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you after processing. International orders usually take 7 business days to be delivered after processing.
Delivery times can vary due to carrier issues and clearances, which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days if there are any problems with the delivery.
We do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges.
